Technical development centre

We operate in a relatively mature industry in which you can only win with knowledge, innovation and committed, competent employees.

Since our beginnings, ARCONT has had a technical development centre that supports the implementation of production technologies. Our space solutions are constantly being further developed here. This allows us to offer modular units on the market that are technologically advanced and meet the specific needs of customers.

The ARCONT technology and development centre acts as a centre of excellence for the entire group with 9 production companies. At the same time, we also act as a branch and training centre for potential customers and external assembly teams.

Our engineering team consists of more than 40 engineers in the field of mechanical engineering and construction. We offer young people interesting challenges in the field of metal construction and technology as well as integration into an international work environment at the start of their careers. We invest a lot in the development and training of employees.

In the ARCONT academy for executives, we promote the leadership skills of our employees. We also collaborate with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Maribor. In this way we combine business with science.
