ARCONT - Europe's leading manufacturer of mobile space systems and one of the largest Slovenian manufacturers of windows and doors. The company was founded in 1991 and emerged from the former Avtoradgona metal factory. We can proudly look back on more than 70 years of experience, which forms the foundation for successful growth.
Through constant further development, we manage to create new uses for space modules in addition to the existing ones.

The basic module unit, also known as a "container", can be integrated into a building in order to meet a variety of requirements. Our units are used worldwide as shops, schools, nursery schools, hotels, sales rooms, residential and holiday apartments, hospitals, offices, sports facilities and much more. We employ more than 850 employees. Every year we produce over 15,000 modular units, which are sold all over the world under the owner's brand - CONTAINEX.
Shortly after we started our business, we took the strategic decision to manufacture the windows for our modular units by ourselves. After a successful beginning, we open up the sale of windows to the external market and in the year 2000 the promising production range grew into an independent subsidiary - ARCONT IP, one of the most recognizable Slovenian manufacturers of PVC and ALU windows and doors. As a company for people with disabilities we employ a high proportion of people with reduced working capacity, recognizing the importance of including people with disabilities in the active workplace and in the wider business of the company.
ARCONT is a CONTAINEX production plant and therefore part of one of the most successful private Austrian groups - the WALTER GROUP. As well as production, ARCONT also functions as a technical development centre. We are proud to have been awarded the title "Best Pomurje Employer of the Decade".
