Young people are our future. At ARCONT we know this. We want to establish a personal and authentic contact with future employees during their training.
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships at ARCONT enable young people to quickly start their careers and gain practical experience and knowledge. With the support of a mentor, they are shown the individual activities right from the start. This gives them a feeling for the tasks that have to be fulfilled in their chosen profession.
Internships
We enable pupils and students to gain their first work experience with specific tasks. They use the most modern technologies and have the mentoring and support of our experts.
Holiday jobs
At ARCONT we enjoy working with young people, which is why we offer work opportunities during the summer months for students and pupils from different areas. This gives them the opportunity to earn additional income and gain work experience.
Diploma and masters thesis
We also offer students the opportunity to work on their diploma and masters theses together with us. Modern technologies and expert support are at their disposal.
Scholarships
We offer scholarships for students and pupils, mostly technical professions, who want to work with us and achieve a successful career.
